How to Access the Intranet
IFMA-SV's intranet is available to all registered members of the chapter, and is accessible from any page within the larger IFMA-SV web site, with a button located in the left-navigation.

How to Log-In
To log-in, click here and use your first and last name as listed on our chapter roster. It must be in lower case letters without spaces or other characters. Example: charlessmith (if your name is listed in the roster with only a first initial, then it would be csmith ) If you are unable to log-in send an email to admin@ifmasv.org.

What is my initial password?
To obtain your initial password, please send an email to admin@ifmasv.org. Select OK to launch and enter the IFMA-SV site.

How Do I Update My Personal Information?
At the SiteScape home page you will notice that your name is highlighted in the greeting paragraph. Click on your name to view your personal information page, where you can change your password, place of employment, phone number and many other details about yourself. To update your personal information, single click on the 'Modify' button at the top of the page.

It is your responsibility to keep your personal information up to date, as this will become the source for information to be used in the chapter membership directory.

What is a Team in Sitescape?
Committees are made up of Teams. Each team has a complete forum that is accessible only by team members. Teams are very fluid and any chapter member may be added to a team to help perform a particular function. Teams may be created to handle a special situation, then dissolved upon completion of the task. If you are a member of a team, that team is listed near the bottom of the home page. Click on the team name to go directly to that forum.

What is a Forum?
Upon entering a forum you may click on the Discussion and Documents icon. Once on the documents page, click on any subject title to read what has been stated with the accompanying replies. You may add your own topic or reply to one of the topics by clicking on the ADD button in menu bar at the top. You will be given choices appropriate to the situation.
