Join us 11:50 AM Friday August 14 where Workplace Evolutionaries (WE a community within IFMA) will host our FMRT for the month. You’ll learn about WE (Workplace strategists, change managers, facilities mangers, architects, designers, office furniture experts, IT managers, HR experts, and academics who deeply care about where the world is going—especially where and how work). After you learn about WE for a few minutes, we’ll discuss Wellness to get you warmed up for the Silicon Valley Chapter meeting August 26.

WE has 30+ Hubs around the globe servicing IFMA and the Chapters. Please join WE Hub Nor Cal during the weekly Zoom 11:50 AM to 1:00 PM PDT every Friday.

Cut & Paste https://colliers.zoom.us/j/8397867396 into your calendar, now!

It’s affectionately called the Mosh Pit, because of its highly interactive nature. Open to all IFMA members. Here is a look at WE Hub Nor Cal’s August:
August 7 – Digital Signage and other low hanging reoccupation technology you need to implement now!
August 14 – Wellness Primer. Get ready for Silicon Valley’s August 26 Chapter meeting with a look at best practices.
August 21 – Human Factors. HR weigh in on the built environment.
August 28 – Diversity & Inclusion in the Workplace. The Business Case.

A powerful example of WE is leader Kate Lister’s recent testimony in front a US Subcommittee on reducing CRE costs. She’ll be speaking with us Thursday August 20, 2020 about that experience. You must register here https://we.ifma.org/resources/webinars/

SPEAKER:

Michelle Ossmann, PhD, MSN

Director, Healthcare Knowledge & Insights at Herman Miller

Former practicing clinician, caring for patients as a Neurocritical Care Nurse Practitioner and Emergency Department Nurse, Michelle is no stranger to the challenging frontlines of today. Combine that with her PhD in Architecture and you can appreciate why advised senior management executives at major academic healthcare institutions were pleased to have her advising on process and built environment strategy.
