FM Roundtable: Title- 24 Changes Impacting FM

Title-24 Changes Impacting FM

Title 24 rules have become more stringent in recent years, especially with respect to the rules for commissioning. Both Energy Code and Green Code now mandate process steps and require documentation. What are these requirements, and how do they apply in particular for existing building retrofits? What should you include in RFP’s so that you receive the documentation the city or AHJ may require from you? What documentation is out there in the marketplace for you that provides guidance? This seminar will provide some guidance and clarifies the often confusing language used in commissioning.
