Workplace Design

Why do so many office environments look the same when all companies have differing cultures and work team needs? And when the spaces do vary, sure it’s seemingly not a cookie-cutter open office grid however that coolness on paper doesn’t always transfer to a space that employees use that way the design artfully hoped—it is design for its own sake not the needs of the user groups.   And those stakeholder needs will vary in the future, but does the design allow for flexible configuration to support a desired change in 12 months or in 12 hours!

Our panel will address how to create a space that reflects the needs of the employees (existing and future) who operate within the workplace and as well as those that must constantly reconfigure (and maintain) with leading edge FF&E and materials to support a changing workforce.
