TOPIC
Top talent is shrinking. Employee engagement matters more than ever. Sorry Yahoo, more people are working far afield in conference rooms, other people’s offices, Peet’s and dare we say occasionally at home; and simply cannot be found at their desks. Those employees with the most flexible work environments are engaged. We all subconsciously feel the previous facts, but doing the research and viewing the results in the Workplace is what HOK has done. Daniel Herriot, Director of Interior Design at HOK, and Pamela Light, Senior Vice President at HOK, will reveal the results of their research behind workplace design. Hear about the top Workplace design trends and why we will see more of them.
