William (Bill) Ayres

Bill is responsible for the direct oversight of the sales for facility management services within the West Region (California, Nevada, and Arizona).
Currently, the point of contact for subcontracted outside sales reps in order to provide assistance with their current account sales and bidding needs. Bill supervises the tactical management of sales processes from kick- off through final delivery.
A resource for project coordination that includes planning, assessment and assignment of projects, monitoring progress and timelines, managing resources, customer relations and overall quality assurance. He oversees the operations for sites and new projects with identifying capital improvement projects. Involved in cost analysis for the preparation of capital budgets. Provides system training and support for new account implementations, manages all inventory orders at all locations, and reviews accounts regularly in order to evaluate client activity and satisfaction.
Serves as the communication liaison between customers and appropriate corporate departments within the organization. Managing client expectations to ensure quality operational standards by instilling an efficient and consistent experience for all C&W clients. In addition, he works closely with the Facilities, Real Estate, Strategic Sourcing and Project Management departments relating to the delivery of services to the client.
Determines how to satisfy the client's needs while meeting the organization's objectives.


Paul Morgante

After making the decision to pursue a career in Facilities Management I completed the Essentials of Facilities Management Course and became a Young Professional member at IFMA Silicon Valley. I was lucky to be mentored by now Chapter President Christian Pellecchia and my current mentor is John Parsons, former FM at 23andMe. Soon after I became a member of the IFMA Production Development Committee and the Emerging Facilities Professionals Committee. My work in FM has been limited due to Covid-19 but I was lucky enough to have an FM contracting position at the exciting green-tech startup in Berkeley called Opus12.
Prior to Facilities Management, I was an Associate at a wealth management firm Black Diamond Strategies, Inc. in Los Angeles doing Wealth Management selling leveraged insurance. With a degree from San Francisco State University in Film Production I worked at WMS Media, Inc., doing corporate video in Silicon Valley with high profile individuals and well as clients like The Commonwealth Club of California and San Jose Ballet.
