IFMA Fellows

IFMA established the Fellowship program in 1992 to recognize those members who have distinguished themselves through a lifetime of achievement significant both to IFMA and the facility management field at large; as the consummate accolade bestowed by the world’s largest network of facility management professionals, IFMA fellowship remains unparalleled among workplace-related recognitions. The first class of Fellows included Founders of the Association and the IFMA Foundation, early IFMA leaders, facility management research pioneers, luminaries, authors, industry giants, and a prominent journalist/publisher; subsequent classes of Fellows have boasted comparable diversity and prestige.

IFMA Foundation

Established in 1990 as a non-profit, 501(c)(3) corporation, the IFMA Foundation is supported by the generosity of a community of individuals—members, chapters, councils, corporate sponsors and private contributors—and is proud to disseminate cutting-edge information, furnish exciting opportunities, and serve as the primary liaison for the profession and its representatives.

As an entirely separate entity from IFMA, the IFMA Foundation does not receive funding from annual membership dues to carry out its mission. Supported solely by philanthropic donations from the FM community, the IFMA Foundation reinvests in education, research grants, and scholarships for the benefit of FM professionals and students, fully supporting the community-wide maxim that education and research are essential tools for the betterment of the profession.
