Welcoming new generations into the facilities profession. This will be a panel discussion about how to bring younger generations into the facilities profession, the different workstyles between the older and younger generations, and the future of facilities.
SPEAKERS:
Lynn Baez, Director of Facilities, Google, Lynn has been in the FM industry for over 20 years. She has been engaged in several multi-national FM leadership roles and thrives when taking on complex challenges. Baez is also a member of LatinX Leadership Council, HOLA, and BGN ERG’s which promotes and fosters inclusion.
Larry Allen Morgan, CFM, SFP, FMP; Global Facilities Management, Director Level, SAP: Larry Morgan’s primary core competencies are in the areas of strategic facilities and workplace experience planning, tactical operations, sustainability initiatives, capital project management, risk management, integration of emerging technologies, commercial real estate management and quality programs all with focus on creating and managing an optimal built environment. Morgan is a guest lecturer, presenter and consultant on critical and current Facilities topics for many organizations and companies globally.
Bianca Hong, Regional Portfolio Director; Google: As an Emerging Young Professional, Bianca has accomplished 10 years of experience in the FM Industry. She had the opportunity to be part of several big projects/venues such as Superbowl LI (15), Disney in Florida and the opening of Harry Potter at Universal Studios Hollywood just to name a few.
Jack Lau, Facilities Manager, Perfect World Entertainment: As an Emerging Young Professional, Jack has accomplished 8 years of experience in the Facilities Industry. His passion is to help people in any little way he can, like changing the wall paint color from simple white to a terracotta texture. Lau has been in managing and coordinating roles, bringing knowledge to connect people through content creation, and fostering an environment that empowers everyone.You can find him as a guest speaker on Greg Owen’s Podcast, Watching Paint Dry.
