ESG – Connecting the Dots. (Part 2 of Series)

Synopsis of Program:

ESG management is critical to business performance. Effective approaches drive revenue, reduce cost, mitigate risk and sustain compliance. The demand for ESG reporting is real, especially in Commercial Real Estate where buildings contribute an estimated 40% of Global Green House Gasses. During our presentation we will connect the dots between how investors, owners and financing institutions view ESG and the Facility.

We will discuss trends, ESG reporting and operational performance – what you’re already doing at the facility that supports ESG initiatives and what more you can do to meet future ESG goals. ESG may be coming from the top down but what is done at the facility level is driving the results. The Built Environment has been identified as an area where reduction measures can have an immediate impact and the implementation of sustainability principles will provide results that will benefit both short and long term need to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. ESG is a function of measuring and analyzing the effects of these assets on the environment and motivating the industry to reduce the impact of these assets on our environment.
